A qualified Indian Railway contractor and the founder of Jayanthi Engineering Works, Vasanth brings ISO-standard technical discipline to every event he manages. Logistics don't fail. Equipment doesn't let you down. Timelines are honoured. That engineering mindset is baked into everything JEW does.

But Vasanth's heart has always been on the stage. His deep passion for magic, grand illusions, mimicry, and live performance has shaped JEW's entertainment philosophy from day one. He doesn't just hire entertainers — he understands the craft, the timing, and the psychology of what makes an audience truly captivated.
